Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy for damaged items. Please contact us prior to returning your item at (803) 487-8262 or click on the “Contact Us” tab located at the top of each page of our website. If possible, please email us a picture at outdoorinsp@gmail.com of the damaged item(s) when you contact us. We assure that all of our items are first quality when they are packaged for shipment; therefore, we only accept returns where it is obvious that the item(s) were damaged in shipping. If this is the case, we will gladly do the following if you purchased one of our outdoor items:

(A) Send you a pre-paid FedEx return label.

(B) Send a replacement(s) with free shipping, once we receive the damaged item(s).

(C) Refund: If you choose not to exchange the item(s), we will send you a pre-paid FedEx return label and issue a refund for the damaged item(s), including the initial shipping charges, once we receive the items. 

If you purchased one of our ornaments and it was damaged in shipping, please contact us (See contact information above) to inform us of the damaged item(s). Once this is done, you have the following options:

(A) If you can email us a picture of the damaged ornament, we will mail a new one to you, with free shipping and you keep the damaged one.

(B) If you cannot email us a picture of the damaged ornament, and want to exchange it for a new one, we will gladly mail you a replacement, with free shipping, once we receive the damaged one. (We will refund you the USPS cost at Ground Rate for returning the ornament to us).

(C) Refund: If you choose not to exchange the ornament, please return it to us for a full refund. (We will refund you the USPS cost at Ground Rate for returning the ornament to us). Please send all damaged items to: Outdoor Inspirations 1220 Wendy Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732  

If your purchase of damaged items was made with a credit card, your card will be credited on the same day that the damaged items are received at our office.
